These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website bloxdb.net, operated by BloxDB ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About BloxDB

BloxDB is a fan-made, read-only database of in-game skins for BloxStrike, a game on the Roblox platform. The site is owned and operated by an individual based in the Netherlands. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Roblox Corporation, the developers of BloxStrike, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates.

2. Eligibility

Anyone may browse BloxDB without an account. To create an account, you must hold a valid account with Roblox, Google, or Discord and comply with their respective terms of service. If you are under the age of 13, your use of this site must comply with applicable laws, including COPPA (United States) and GDPR (EU/EEA).

3. Accounts

• Account creation is entirely optional. Guests may access the full database without logging in.
• Accounts are created exclusively via OAuth login through Roblox, Google, or Discord.
• You are responsible for the security of your linked third-party account.
• You may not register accounts on behalf of others or share your account with others.
• We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

By using BloxDB, you agree NOT to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the site in bulk without our prior written permission.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place excessive load on our servers or infrastructure.
• Use the site for any purpose that is unlawful or violates any applicable local, national, or international law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, account, or data connected to BloxDB.
• Impersonate any person, organisation, or entity.
• Use the site to harass, threaten, or harm other users.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the site.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 BloxDB's Own Content

The design, layout, source code, and any original written content produced by BloxDB are owned by the BloxDB team and are protected under applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our original content without explicit written permission.

5.2 Third-Party Game Content

All BloxStrike skin names, images, icons, and related in-game assets are the intellectual property of their respective owners, including the developers of BloxStrike and Roblox Corporation. BloxDB displays this content solely for informational and community reference purposes. We make no claim of ownership over any in-game assets.

6. Account Features (Favourites & Tracking)

By using logged-in features such as favouriting skins or adding them to a watchlist, you grant BloxDB permission to store that preference data in order to deliver the feature. This data belongs to you and will be permanently deleted upon account deletion.

7. Disclaimers

BloxDB and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We specifically do not warrant that:

• The site will be available at all times or free from errors or interruptions.
• Skin data, including names, images, rarities, or prices, is always accurate, complete, or current.
• The site is free of viruses or other harmful code.

Any pricing or market data displayed on the site is provided for informational purposes only and must not be relied upon for financial or trading decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BloxDB and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the site or its content. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or any other loss or damage, even where we have been informed of the possibility of such damages.

9. Third-Party Services

BloxDB integrates third-party services including Google Analytics and OAuth login providers (Roblox, Google, Discord). Each of these services operates under its own terms of service and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the data practices or conduct of these third parties.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to BloxDB at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or are causing harm to the site or its users. You may discontinue use of the site and request account deletion at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Your continued use of bloxdb.net after updated Terms have been posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of BloxDB shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Netherlands.
